How do I order?
You can select meals from our "ORDER" section or the "ORDER NOW" on the opening page of the website.
How soon can my meals be delivered?
Place orders by Thursday Midnight AEDT for a Saturday or Sunday delivery.

What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver our meals in referderated transport toSydney Metro, Central Coast, Newcastle, Canberra!
When will I receive my order?
At EAT GUUD, we deliver on Saturday and Sunday's.
Once your order has arrived, we will send you a text message photo. So please ensure you add your mobile number and/or email at checkout!
What do your meals target?
At EAT GUUD, We have ‘low cal' and 'bulk' meals to cater for your fitness goals. Whether you are trying to shred or bulk, you can enjoy your meals knowing that your protein, carbs and calories have been calculated for you.
How do I reheat the meals?
From the Fridge: Peel back the plastic film completely, place the container in the microwave and heat for 2-3 minutes on high and enjoy.
From Frozen: Peel back the plastic film completely, place the container in the microwave and heat for 3 minutes. Stir the food to distribute the heat evenly and microwave for another 2-3 minutes or to your liking and enjoy
How do I defrost and freeze my meals safely?
If you are not planning to enjoy the meals immediately, we recommend freezing them for optimal freshness and taste. Frozen meals can last up to 1 month.
To defrost, simply place them in the fridge overnight. Alternatively, peel back the film completely and reheat in the microwave at 800W for 3 minutes. Stir the food to distribute the heat evenly and microwave for another 2-3 minutes.
Do not refreeze food that has been defrosted.
